Returns & Exchanges:
Mi & Bee Design will refund or exchange all products returned within 10 days of purchase. All items returned or exchanged must be in original or resalable as well as undamaged condition including original tags and packaging. Mi & Bee Design reserves the right to determine what is resealable or undamaged condition.

No returns or exchanges will be issued on custom orders, final or clearance sales. For items returned by mail please notify us prior to shipping by e-mail at sales@miandbee.com. Please include the tracking number of your shipment along with any other pertinent information. All returns must be insured for the full value of their content. Mi & Bee Design will not be liable for any lost, uninsured or damaged items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Repairs:
Our jewelery is fully guaranteed within 90 days of purchase under normal wear and tear conditions. Mi & Bee Design reserves the right to determine what is normal wear and tear. All repairs after 90 days will be subject to a nominal fee.

Order Shipment:
All orders are shipped out of our Edmonton, AB studio via Xpresspost or FedEx within 2 days once we have confirmed the receipt of payment. All orders are subject to shipping and handling fee plus all applicable taxes at the time of purchase.
